Funeral homes must accept our Caskets or Urns by Federal law. It's best to not tell the funeral director anything about wanting to buy your casket or urn from the outside until you get a written, itemized price list from them. The funeral director must give you a General Price List (GPL) that's yours to keep. It lists all the items and services the funeral home offers, and the cost of each one. Knowing your rights will help you save hundreds if not thousands of dollars off the cost of a funeral. Funeral homes must accept my caskets by Federal law and can't charge you extra for doing so.
Unfortunately a few local funeral homes use fear and intimidation when you tell them that you will be purchasing your casket or urn from the outside, if they do you might want to consider taking your business elsewhere it’s against the law for them to do that. Don’t be bullied into spending more money and be careful of package deals ask for an itemized price for each item in the package. If you need any help feel free to call me seven days a week 413-386-4946
Some funeral homes claim to match my prices by offering customers a 20 gauge casket for the same price as my 18 gauge steel casket. There is nothing wrong with a 20 gauge steel casket, just don't pay over $ 900 for it. 18 gauge steel caskets come with a more luxurious interior and are about 30% THICKER than 20 gauge steel caskets.
The passing of a loved one can be a very difficult time in a family’s life. It’s my honor to personally help guide you through the process of planning your loved ones funeral from start to finish.
The process will be simple; once you select a casket or cremation urn, I contact the funeral home and set up a delivery time. I will let you know when I will deliver it and then contact you again to confirm it has been delivered.

Also, when purchased from online, if it doesn’t arrive on time is damaged or it's not the right one, you don’t know who to call or how long it will take to get things right. I offer personalized customer service and, in addition to being able to see what you are buying, I can take care of any problems or issues immediately.
